At ZYRO, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item, without providing any reason.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated
